Joy Set Before You

Hebrews 12 :1-3...... we are surrounded by great cloud of witness ,(vs 2) says  fixing our eyes on Jesus, who for the joy that was set before him, ENDURED the cross, willing to die a shameful death because he know the joy that will be his afterwards. NOW is seated in the place of highest honor, besides Gods throne. (Vs 3).....think about all that he endured, ( betrayal, accusation, beating, the cross, the crown of thongs) so that you don't become weary and give up. So that when you face opposition you will not believe any lie from hell and call it quit, throw in the towel.

Jesus made sure of finishing the task of coming in the first place .....pouring himself out as a sacrifice and going to hell to strip the devil of his power.
The Sovereign God could have Finish , complete and seal the task in the spirit.......but he needed a physical manifestation for the sake of you and I. That we might have something to look back and refer to,as a point of contact.......
The "JOY" that the children of a Covenant Keeping God, being strengthened, liberated ,and subdue the enemy made Jesus endure the cross, which now made him seated in the highest honor.

So when ever you are being faced with an opposition, a war or a  power struggle, remember the author and the perfecter of your faith as we run this race. THROW OFF anything that might hinder you and look at the JOY that is set before you............................................., Picture this JOY for a moment!!!!

We are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses both in the Old and New and in this 21st Century.
!!! God will be Glorified !!!

The Healing Process (Series)

     Often at times when someone goes through a traumatic incident, such as an accident, war or even giving birth to a child; there is a period called the "Healing process".
Healing (literally meaning to make whole) is the process of restoration of health, resumption to normal functioning. Healing can be physical , psychological, spiritual. Healing also involves an expansion of consciousness and a new understanding of who we are and an understanding of why we are here.

    Now that being said, in the body of Christ and as a child of God we go through traumatic situations.
Trauma: An event or situations that causes great distress and disruption
BELIEVE IT OR NOT. Not because you did not pray, fast or do something differently but because there is a mandate upon you life . And your maker wants to take you to a land flowing with Milk and Honey.
The Bible tell us that he calls us out of darkness into his Marvelous light (1 peter chapter 2 vs 9)
It does not Glorify God if we do not make it  through" the healing process",

   During this Healing process ,we might feel Stripped, Powerless and /or Discombobulated,  I want to remind us of an essential attitude......Being Thankful!!!
Being thankful will take your eyes off the Who,What,When and Why and it will put it on the I AM THAT I AM.  Being Thankful lets you see what should have, could have, would have. We should realize that there are many people that did make it to and through the healing process. Out of the ten lepers that Jesus instructed to show themselves to the priest, only one was make whole because he came back to give thanks (Luke 17:11-19).
The Bible says it is a good thing to give thanks to God.
Thanks be to God who gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ ( 1 Corinthians 15:57)
OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND GIVE THANKS.....It's your Heavenly Prescription!!

"WOMAN RENEWED" START YOUR JOURNEY !!

         I picked up a copy of this book on kindle "Woman Renewed" from the renewed series with great excitement and expectation and i tell you i was not disappointed. If you are still contemplating what the content of the book is about , i tell you it is worth your time. The writer talks about several examples of women in the Bible and chooses each story, to apply it to everyday women. It is very straight forward and easy to follow as a daily devotion for 21 days. I would encourage women, men,young and old to follow this devotion to a new personal journey in their life.






       I enjoyed the fact that the references of women were uses across the Bible both from the old and new testament. I can also relate to the women as the writer explains their circumstance,and how their situations turn around for them through a simple act. The book challenges you to do something as a child of God. This is a book i will obviously read again and also recommend to every female in my life for a Renewed Woman in them.

Waiting anxiously to read the rest of the series and upcoming release!!

successful women think Differently

Successful women, young and old do think differently, first time reading from this author and am really impressed by her. She is not afraid to write and to include her biblical point of view in her book. Her targeted audience and readers can understand her writhing without being overwhelm.

A good book for every women at every age in life, right from high school. Each chapter is concluded with some check list,and a place to write your thought.....The book is filled with thought provoking question and inspirational words .A book on success you can refer to over a life time. It is written for women who want more out of life, those who need a little push off their feet and in the right direction.

To think differently as a woman you will have to cultivate these nine habit, they are all well written and detailed, am not sure i can say which one speaks to me the loudest. You have to be ready for such a book as this, you read and you implement.....no need for time lapse in between.

The Business Of Being Born-Again

I watched a documentary called "the business of being born".It about mid-wives, Doctors and expectant mothers. Very interesting and informative.

1 peter chapter 1 verses 23;having being born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible seed, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.

Here is this, our old birth came from a mortal origin (our parents) which can die but our new birth is incorruptible, in other words is immortal, cannot die by the ever living and lasting word of God.
So if what we are made of can not die, who are we to give up, why are we to lose hope? Who is to say it is impossible and unheard of in this 21st century. God is not bound by time
Isaiah 55:11 so shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth; it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which i please and purpose, and it shall proper in the thing for which i sent it

Beloved, what we are made of can not be voided, invalid or cancelled out, but prosper where it is sent.The word of God has come to give peace, to give joy, it has come to set free and deliver....It is an immortal seed, the ever living word of God. No matter the situation, the main ingredient that makes up who we are is the word of God, it has come with a producing effect, it is not powerless or useless.It will not return to God without quenching your thirst. John chapter 1 vs 4-5 In him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the LIGHT SHINES in the DARKNESS, and the DARKNESS did not COMPREHEND it (could not put it out),

In any dark situation, the incorruptible seed of God shines with a producing effect. There is clarity of mind, heart are mended, no cloudiness of vision, there is rain in the desert and joy comes in the morning!!!
